The call for abstracts for our 2027 annual conference is now open! We invite submissions for:

 

• Individual presentations (which can be co-presented) (up to 500 words)

• Group panel sessions (a summary of the panel up to 250 words and abstracts for each speaker up to 500 words, please also include all the names of the speakers and their email addresses in the submission) 

• Book symposia (a summary of the book symposia up to 500 words and a list of commentators who have agreed to participate)

• Any more creative options that you have in mind (we recommend that you get in touch with us to discuss any alternative formats that you are interested in proposing)

 

In order to allow as many speakers as possible to have a slot, we have a policy that participants may be affiliated with only one talk/panel at the conference. In line with this, we ask that you submit to the conference only once—co-authorship on a submitted paper counts as a submission. This rule applies to all submission types, with the exception of participating as a commentator in a book symposium.

Important Dates

• Deadline for submission of abstracts: January 7th, 2027

• Notification of reviewers' decision: February 15th, 2027

• Early bird registration deadline for speakers:  March 15th, 2027

• Late registration deadline for speakers: April 5th, 2027

• Pre-conference workshop: 22nd June 2027

• Annual Conference: 23rd-25th June 2027

Estimated Fees

Membership and registration fees (note that these amounts are based on estimates of the catering costs and so are subject to change):

 

• Early bird registration: open until March 15th, 2027

  • 200 € for faculty members

  • 120 € for students

• Late registration: open until April 5th, 2027

  • 250 € for faculty members

  • 140 € for students

Please note that the registration fee includes lunch and coffee breaks but it does not include the conference dinner.
